The theme for the March 12th Faithful Witness Wednesdays vigil is foreign aid, including USAID, and refugees.

Instructions for Viewing Live Stream

We have developed some language to better support folks who are new to watching live streamed events:

At 12 noon (Eastern) on the date of the vigil:

  1. Go to https://www.youtube.com/@sojoaction on your computer, cell phone, or mobile device.

  2. Click on the “Live” tab.

  3. Select the Faithful Witness Wednesday vigil with today’s date in the title.

If you want to see a recording of a prior vigil, click on the Faithful Witness Wednesday vigil with the date you want to watch.

Attending the Vigil In-person on Capitol Hill

Please keep in mind the new location for the 3/12 vigil only: Upper Senate Park Area 2 (Bounded by Constitution Ave NW/NE; Delaware Ave NE).

Alternatively, folks can meet outside the United Methodist Building at 100 Maryland Ave NE, Washington, DC 20002 at 11:30 am, and walk over together to the nearby vigil site if they are not sure how to find our Area 2 location.
